Cómo trabajo con los atletas

Puedo proporcionar planes de entrenamiento mensuales o planes únicos personalizados. Para realizar entrenamientos, utilizo Training Peaks o Google Drive (¡según sus preferencias!). Adapto los planes a tus necesidades, objetivos y experiencia y planifico entrenamientos que te supondrán un reto pero siempre previniendo al máximo las lesiones.
